Short- & long-term disability

Short-term disability (up to 26 weeks) gives 60% of your base wage up to $300 per week.

Long-term disability pays up to 60% of your base wage up to $5,000 per month.

401(k)/retirement

Your future self will thank you for starting to save as early as possible. Morley matches 50 cents for every dollar contributed, up to 6% of your pay. Contribute a combined maximum amount of up to $24,500* yearly into your retirement plan(s) – 401(k) and/or Roth 401(k).

*Combined yearly maximum of $32,500 if age 50+ or $35,750 if age 60-63
